Shipping and delivery

We deliver to Los Angeles and surrounding cities. In the event a delivery is outside our area, we may use one of our affiliate florists. We call directly and don't use a wire service. Please call if you have any questions.

In the event the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, the sender will be contacted and a second attempt will be made. Depending on the location, an additional delivery fee may be charged.

Same day delivery

Orders placed by 12 noon will be attempted for delivery same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will most likely be set for next day delivery. Call for exceptions.

Delivery fees

Our standard delivery fee is $12.50. A modest increase may occur for deliveries made outside of our normal delivery area. Please call for exact rates.

Flower substitutions 

Flower choices: because of the seasonal nature of flowers and the unpredictability of weather, airline transport and political influences, your exact flower choices may not be available.  In a rare case of unavailability we will notify you in advance and substitute with the closest match possible.
