Ordered online for a future delivery for a friend's birthday, and I admit I had my doubts... But on the morning of the requested day of delivery I received an email with a photo of the arrangement made to order, and was also notified when it arrived to its destination. The receiving side was thrilled and excited so I guess they did a good job :) Great and effortless communication, and beautiful work! Thank you very much
