We always order from Andre’s, because the flowers are always beautiful, and this time was no different. However, unfortunately while I put in for a specific delivery date, Andre’s changed the date to the day prior with no notice, which was a problem given that my mother-in-law didn’t arrive back from travels until the following day. Luckily a neighbor was able to bring the flowers in, but it is irritating that I asked for flowers to be delivered on a specific day, and the date was changed without asking. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much ! Andre, the owner is always pleasant, accessible, and willing to work with you on your order. Our team appreciates his personal service and willingness to provide a customized arrangement within in your budget. We have been pleased with the beautiful flowers and presentation for our orders thus far, even when we've provided just a few preferences and entrusted him to create something lovely. And we've gotten wonderful, very appreciative feedback from the recipients!
