They were quick and easy. Most importantly, they actually read and listening to my notes to the company with specific time instructions and to call me for reschedule if they couldn't meet that time. They did just that and we were able to easily work it out. Got it delivered on time and fast. Arrangement is beautiful. Very satisfied and will use them in the future!

UPDATE: Andre connected with me directly and offered to send another arrangement to make it up for it, even though the delivery was completely out of his control. Thank you for being so kind! "The flowers were okay but when they arrived the card and bouquet reeked of the smell of weed. It completely overtook my mom's apartment and partially ruined her birthday. It might have just been the delivery person and not the shop but it was incredibly disappointing." ---- Florist Response: At the end of the day the responsibility of my business resides with me. Andre's House did an excellent job. I wanted flowers for a graduation and requested orange and blue colors to match the school's colors. He added orange flowers and made the leaves blue. I also requested delivery by noon and they did that too. The yellow flowers are now blooming 48 hours following the delivery. They also fill the pot with water so be careful when handling. I trusted the reviews other people left and I am happy I also received great service. They also messaged me the night before to reassure me that I am in good hands. Thank you Andre's House!
